Enterprise Lead - Field Sales & Conferences
Topaz is expanding its in-person sales engine, and this role exists to be the face of the company in the field.
As Enterprise Lead - Field Sales & Conferences, you will own the tradeshow strategy, in-person
selling, closing, and account growth. This is a travel-heavy, high-autonomy role built for a hunter who thrives on relationships and results.

About Us
Topaz Diagnostics develops innovative point-of-care testing solutions utilized across various healthcare, recovery, harm reduction, pharmacy, and public-sector settings. Relationships matter in our business. This role is central to how the market experiences Topaz.
What You Will Own
- Conference and event strategy within a defined budget
- In-person selling, closing, and post-event follow-up
- Full ownership of accounts acquired through conferences
- Brand representative as the face of Topaz in the field
- Revenue quota and consistent pipeline generation
- Value-driven partnerships with collaborators in the industry
- Identification of high-ROI events and continuous optimization
- Co-create operating plans with leadership and execute independently
- Ability to manage a large, fast-moving pipeline and book of business with a hunter-driven approach

Compensation & Upside
- Year-1 OTE: $100,000–$120,000
- Uncapped upside tied directly to performance and category growth
- Total compensation expected to increase meaningfully year over year as the division scales
- Equity participation through Topaz’s employee stock option plan, providing the opportunity to earn ownership in the company at an early stage
