Enterprise Lead - Harm Reduction
Topaz is scaling its harm reduction business, and this role exists to own and expand that segment commercially.
As Enterprise Lead - Harm Reduction, you will own the segment end-to-end. Customer acquisition, revenue growth, partnerships, category leadership, and long-term positioning. This is not a policy job or for a complacent individual contributor. It is a commercial leadership role grounded in real-world impact.

What You Will Own
- Full commercial ownership of the harm reduction segment
- Customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Strategic partnerships that enable scale and long-term impact
- Deep voice-of-customer insight and category expertise
- Identification of opportunities for new products, packaging, and positioning
- Brand credibility and trust within the harm reduction ecosystem
- Co-create operating plans with leadership and execute independently
- Carry a revenue quota while owning long-term segment outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Clear category leadership and trusted brand positioning
- Meaningful customer growth and doubled revenue
- Expansion toward a $2.5-5M+ annual harm reduction business within 12-24 months
- New products or packaging informed directly by customer insight

Must Have
- Strong commercial background with consultative selling skills
- Ability to sell into complex, values-driven environments
- Proven ownership, accountability, and execution
- Comfort operating within a startup environment: ambiguity and long-term upside
- Passion for creating lasting impact and direct involvement in the recovery and harm reduction communities
Nice to Have
- Background in harm reduction, recovery, or public health
- Lived experience in the harm reduction or recovery space
- Experience selling into publicly funded or regulated environments
- Existing relationships within the harm reduction ecosystem
Compensation & Upside
- Year-1 OTE: $100,000–$120,000
- Uncapped upside tied directly to performance and category growth
- Total compensation expected to increase meaningfully year over year as the division scales
- Equity participation through Topaz’s employee stock option plan, providing the opportunity to earn ownership in the company at an early stage
