Enterprise Lead - Law Enforcement (New Category Development)
Topaz is building a new law enforcement product category with massive potential across county, state, and federal agencies. This role exists to build that category from the ground up.
As Enterprise Lead - Law Enforcement, you will own category development end-to-end. Strategy, positioning, pilots, contracts, pricing, distribution, and scale. This is not an inherited book of
business. This is a rare opportunity to shape a multi-million-dollar division and materially change the trajectory of the company.

What You Will Own
- Develop and execute the law enforcement category strategy from zero to scale
- Navigate state, county, and federal buying environments with confidence
- Secure pilots, contracts, and long-term supply agreements
- Shape pricing, packaging, and distributor strategy alongside leadership
- Build deep relationships with decision-makers and influencers across agencies
- Translate field insight into product differentiation and market positioning
- Co-create operating plans with leadership and execute independently
- Carry a revenue quota while owning long-term category outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Clear category positioning and credibility in the first 90 days
- Pilots and contracts moving through procurement within 6–9 months
- A scalable law enforcement division doing $2.5M-5M+ annually within 24 months

Must Have

Nice to Have
- Background in law enforcement, public safety, or forensic testing
- Existing relationships within county, state, or federal agencies
- Experience launching or scaling new product categories
- Track record of building something from scratch or materially scaling it
- Proven experience selling into government or public-sector environments
Compensation & Upside
- Year-1 OTE: $100,000–$120,000
- Uncapped upside tied directly to performance and category growth
- Total compensation expected to increase meaningfully year over year as the division scales
- Equity participation through Topaz’s employee stock option plan, providing the opportunity to earn ownership in the company at an early stage
