Enterprise Lead - National Accounts
Topaz is building deep relationships with large, multi-location organizations. This role exists to own enterprise and national account growth.
As Enterprise Lead - National Accounts, you will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and long-term customer relationships across recovery and other healthcare organizations.
If you are comfortable selling value at scale and managing complexity, this role is for you.

What You Will Own
- Enterprise and national account strategy
- Complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- RFP collaboration, ownership, and execution
- Long-term account growth and expansion
- Executive-level relationships and QBRs
- Identification of additional value and upsell opportunities
- Co-create enterprise selling strategy with leadership
- Lead contract discussions with confidence, including redlines, commercial terms, risk exposure, and procurement requirements, in partnership with leadership
- Act as a credible, polished representative of Topaz at the executive level, building trust with enterprise buyers and risk-aware decision makers
- Manage a high-value pipeline with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adherence to defined sales and contracting processes

- Penetration into top recovery and healthcare entities in the target market
- Approximately 10% of top national accounts secured
- Clear enterprise selling standards that raise the bar company-wide

Must Have
- 3-5+ years of selling experience
- Track record managing $1M+ accounts
- Experience selling to multi-location or enterprise organizations
- Strong executive presence and structured thinking
- Hunter mindset exuding grit, resilience, commitment
- Incredible value-driven follow ups that make customers love you
Nice to Have
- Experience with RFP-heavy sales processes
- Background in healthcare, recovery, or diagnostic industry
Compensation & Upside
- Year-1 OTE: $120,000–$140,000
- Uncapped upside tied directly to performance and category growth
- Total compensation expected to increase meaningfully year over year as the division scales
- Equity participation through Topaz’s employee stock option plan, providing the opportunity to earn ownership in the company at an early stage
